At GLOBAL STEP, we promise shoes that not only look good but also feel good.
We handcraft each pair with love and want to ensure that each of you enjoys wearing them.

Within 7 days of receiving the shoes, one can return or exchange our shoes. They must be in unused and unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchange.

Here's everything you need to know:

Timeframe:
You have upto 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a Return or Exchange for any product, provided it's in an unused condition.

How to Initiate:
Initiating a return or exchange is easy. Simply click on the return and exchange link in the main menu and follow the simple steps outlined there or message or call us at 9022972213.

Exceptions:
Please note that products ordered from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund. For assistance with such purchases, kindly contact their support teams directly.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. If you encounter any issues with the return process for sale items, please reach out to us via Email (sales@globalstep.in) or Call/WhatsApp (+91 9022972213).

Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. We'll promptly replace the product or provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Condition of Returned Items:
For a successful return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please Note that shipping amounts are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of delivering your order to you & Refund is only in the form of Store Credit.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1
Send us a whatsapp message with your Order ID at 9022972213 or email us at sales@globalstep.in.

Step 2
Once our team starts a chat with you, you will be asked for photographs of you wearing the shoes. The photos are important for us to know what's wrong with your order and how we can assist you.

Step 3
Please await a confirmation message from our end to initiate the return. We will try to arrange for a reverse pick-up through our courier partner. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request you to self-ship it at our address. Please note the reverse pickup takes 3-4 days. 

Step 4
Once the shoes are received, our team will check if they are in an unused and unworn condition. 

Step 5
Once approved, your credit/exchange will be processed.
